• Advising and representing REIT manager on capital increases of warehouse and factory REITs with a deal size of at least THB 1,000 million.
• Advising and representing REIT manager on the acquisition of assets for warehouse and factory REITs through loan financing.
• Advising and representing REIT manager on the conversion of property funds into REITS.
• Acting as general legal counsel for REIT managers and Trustee, including drafting and reviewing trust deeds and investment agreements, land and building sale and purchase agreements, and lease agreements.

Healthcare and Regulatory Compliance

• Advising and assisting clients in the healthcare industry with applications for the establishment of healthcare facilities, including amendments and updates to previously approved licenses with the Department of Health Service Support.
• Acting as general legal counsel for a healthcare company, providing legal advice and reviewing contracts such as direct billing agreements, medical device loan agreements, and loan agreements.

Corporate and Commercial

• Advising clients on general corporate matters, including amendments to Articles of Association (AOA), Memorandum of Association (MOA), and increases in registered capital.
• Advising and assisting clients with the enforcement of court judgments.
• Advising and assisting clients in obtaining direct marketing business licenses.
• Advising and assisting associations with amendments to information submitted to the Department of Provincial Administration.

• Advising and representing clients in financial transactions, including loan agreements, promissory notes, business security agreements, and mortgage agreements.
• Advising and representing mutual funds and private funds as creditors in business rehabilitation proceedings, including Thai Airways’ rehabilitation case.
