Wallop Sripaisal is a Partner at RL Counsel with nearly 30 years of experience specializing in corporate law, banking and finance, debt restructuring, and dispute resolution. His extensive background encompasses cross-border transactions, project financing, and commercial litigation, serving both domestic and international clients across various industries with comprehensive legal counsel on complex business transactions and regulatory matters.
With deep expertise in commercial transactions and corporate matters, Wallop regularly handles complex business deals, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and engineering and construction contracts.
